Welcome! I'm Alison Jackson, a Board Certified Nurse Coach, Nurse Educator, teacher, Reiki Master, artist, world traveler, and overall fun-loving human being. My journey into nurse coaching has been happily convoluted, allowing me to experience the joys, challenges, traumas, and personal obstacles that life throws at you.

My purpose as a Nurse Coach is to help clients discover and unblock their roadblocks, so that they find the next steps in their own journey. This journey could include physical health, wellness coaching, career guidance, unpacking who they are, so that find what they need to live a fulfilled, balanced, and self-empowered life.

My background as a psych nurse, teacher, and many life experiences has left me with the ability to cut through BS and get to the core issues. I help you see connections in your own life that are creating obstacles to your personal growth and wellbeing. Incorporating reiki healing into a coaching session helps us to clear any unwanted energies that are no longer serving.

I am inspired to help you identify and uncover your own personal challenges,  identify and co-create goals that enable you to move forward from whatever is holding you back.  We will walk through this process over the course of a few weeks, through online sessions, email and sometimes a bit of homework!
